Salted Maple Cinnamon Cold Brew

There’s something about the first hints of fall that makes me want to put cinnamon in absolutely everything. This salted maple cinnamon cold brew is my answer to that feeling—a little sweet, a little salty, warmly spiced, and still refreshing enough for those lingering September afternoons.

It’s simple enough for an everyday coffee ritual, but feels just special enough to make your morning a little more lovely.

Salted Maple Cinnamon Cold Brew

This Salted Maple Cinnamon Cold Brew is made with a silky cinnamon maple cream, poured over cold brew coffee, and topped with flaky sea salt. A delicious way to start your morning!

Maple Cinnamon Cream

  • 2 tbsp half & half
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • ⅛ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch flaky sea salt

Cold Brew

  • ¾ cup 180 ml cold brew coffee
  • 1 small pinch ground cinnamon (for serving)
  • 1 small pinch flaky sea salt (for serving)
  1. In a small bowl or carafe, add the half & half, heavy cream, maple syrup, cinnamon, and flaky salt. Use a handheld milk frother to whip everything for about 1 minute, until thickened.
  2. Pour the cold brew in a glass filled with ice, then gently pour over the maple cream.
  3. Sprinkle with cinnamon and more flaky salt. Enjoy!
